I'd like to let you know that I solved my problem:

1) you were right: I had to rebuild maildrop to enable ldap
2) you were right: &(&(objectclass=ispmanDomainUser)) works, but 
&(objectclass=ispmanDomainUser)(ispmanStatus=active) is better
3) I have changed this way the original master.cf:
maildrop unix - n n - - pipe flags=DRhu user=nobody 
argv=/usr/bin/maildrop -d {recipent}

now all seems to be right
By the way I'm also been able to have ISPman working with freeRadius


Now I'm struggling also with freeside, but this is another story ;O)
