When using the official (latest stable) 1.2 version be sure to apply the 
latest bugfixes via CVS (see docs/INSTALL for more details).
If you should still encounter problems with reseller/customer managment 
please file a bug on Sourceforge with a detailed description what you 
encountered.

You may also use the (somewhat, but not always stable) 1.3 development 
version.
The "tasks" directory is one of the latest additions by Atif, so again: 
be sure to have the latest code via CVS and do a proper install which 
should give you a tasks directory in your ispman deploy directory.
If not: file a bug with detailed description.
