You can use the cyradm utility to look into Cyrus things.
Perhaps the problem may lie in the agent not executing correctly. Do  
the processes go away? You can look in the agent log (usually in /opt/ 
ispman/log) to see if the agent is working. Check the IMAP password  
in Cyrus configuration...

Many other things may affect your success... Just start looking around.
