I downloaded the binary, ran some tests against existing projects and 
verified a few files in the binary. All looks good. I still don't have 
access to a Windows host, so I can't verify the Windows specific issue 
we ran into (but it's now backed by a test case, so that's good). I see 
in the Eclipse project that they have verified that the fix works, so 
that's a good thing
