Maybe, there is something i did not understand. I really would like to 
follow the discussion about the lifecycle proposals but... i do not 
receive any of Peter's mail on the lists users@ and dev@ ???
The two last emails i received were from him are two reply to GUMP 
failures : one this morning and one on the first of March. But i can see 
many people reply to him so i can read parts of his replies but not the 
whole. Is he only sending to PMC's list ?? If yes, this is not fair at all.
