Requesting Dispatched MDNs in additoin to Processed MDNs

We are running an older version of James Mail (3.0 Beta 4. We can't update
yet because it might break things.) We use it to send Direct Messages within
a trust community and a Processed MDN is sent in response to each of our
outbound messages. I would like to know if James can be configured to
request a Dispatched MDN in addition to the Processed MDN.
