smoketester fail

I'm not sure what I may be doing wrong, but I'm unable to get smoketester to run; I get this error:

java.lang.module.FindException: Error reading module: modules/lucene-analysis-nori-10.5.1.jar
Caused by: java.lang.module.InvalidModuleDescriptorException: Unsupported major.minor version 65.0
65 is the jdk21 class file version, and as you can see from the command, I'm (at least trying) using jdk21 to run the command, so I'm kind of confused as to why this is not working
