Recommendations:

1) verify, what the linux command "file" is telling you about your file

2) verify, that your speadsheet can be opened with Gnumeric,
LibreOffice, MS Excel

3) unzip your XLSX and re-zip it

4) bit wise compare your both zip files

5) try smaller file sizes

6) try non-streaming output (XSSF)

If none of those investigations reveal anything interesting, then
really there is only SLACK to ask.
