I have to correct myself. 

As this release is not backward compatible (it requires java 11), we 
should update the major version.

Instead of 2.0.1 it should be 3.0.0

I drop it and announce the RC once more with this fix in the version 
number.

Changes:
o Update package / namespace for JAXB binding from jaxb to jakarta parsing 


with Java 11.
o Allow Java9+ build by adding dependency
o Minor version dependency updates
