[ANNOUNCEMENT] Git-Svn-Migration completed (active used project)

Hi Turbine Devs,

only now the turbine-parent-assembly was migrated 

https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/turbine/maven/turbine-parent-assembly/trunk

to

https://gitbox.apache.org/repos/asf/turbine-parent-assembly-default.git

which is the last repo in current usage or development.

Still in svn are dormant Fulcrum modules (bsf, groovy, osworkflow, dvsl, 
configuration, commonsemail, hsqldb, jetty, mimetype, naming, pbe, spring, 
template, xmlrpc, xslt) and the stratum project.

As this one is the default assembler configuration, which is used in most 
modules, Turbine or Fulcrum, except in multi module projects, but changed 
only rarely (it's also very small), it was overlooked until now.

A README.md may be added in the root folder to show some informations 
about it. It also may be added to the turbine-build meta-repo, but not 
necessarily, as project members could find all Turbine GIT repos with 
https://gitbox.apache.org/boxer/
