Updating gpg keys

Any idea where/how to update the KEYS file? I cannot find it in the git 
repos

I can still see it here:

https://downloads.apache.org/turbine/KEYS


My key had expired, and I renewed it on my own machine, but I think I 
need to update the server version as well?
