[VOTE] Maven archetype for Turbine 6.0

Hello turbine devs,

After some frustration, I finally got my credentials all sorted out and 
I think I have successfully staged a release candidate for the maven 
archetype.

Tag: turbine-webapp-6.0-3.0.0

Changes include:

- update to the pom.xml to support auto-signing on deploy

- update to support Turbine 6.0 and Torque 5.1

- update fulcrum dependencies to match

- update generated target app to insure

   + surefire plugin is set to 3.2.5 and maven compiler plugin has a 
default execution definition pointing to ${java.home}/bin/javac to 
better support Eclipse integration
