Milos Kleint commented on MEVENIDE-545:
---------------------------------------

that's intended behaviour. Only the modules recognized as maven projects are shown as subprojects of a maven projects. Please note that ant and maven projects will not readily mix. You can use the result (jar) of a maven project in an ant project (as a jar dependency), but that's about it..
Sorry. If you've created an ant project for the modules, do so for the root project as well, or don't use the root project at all.

> We have a reasonable sized project split into many modules. Some of these modules have (until now) been netbeans projects. Now that we are converting to Maven we have created a POM for each and a top level POM file containing module definitions. When opening the project by selecting the top level POM one of two states will be achieved. Either only those projects that have no nbproject directory will be opened (and listed in the module list for the top level project) or all modules will be opened but those with nbproject folders will be opened as nbprojects. Everything works fine if i delete the nbproject directories first (although i have to restart the IDE due to (I guess) caching remembering how it opened the project previously). I would like all projects to be opened using their POM f
ile if I open the top level project.
