Ok, so I'll have to write my own ant task to do that.

Any way I could actually help nbm-plugin ? So how-to on getting-started ?

No quite. It seems help modules generate a separate jar under
build/cluster/modules/docs/your.jar and also a jar in
cluster/modules/your.jar

The condition to trigger the javahelp ant-task seems to be the
existence of the /javahelp folder. I don't think this mixes well with
the src/main/resource/ style with maven.
