Our client, world's largest CRM Product Development Company for the mid-segment enterprise, is seeking Software development manager for their Bangalore Operations Job Description: As a Development manager you will report into the Country Head and Vice President of India Operation. You will be managing a software development team to deliver on assigned software product component(s), Responsible for the overall design and implementation of the software, project development schedules, coordination with other development teams, QA coordination, and Documentation content contribution and review. Experience required: 8-12 years Education: B.E/B.Tech from premier institutes only Skills required: Managerial Skills: 1) High caliber of managing a product development team. 2) Have completed at least two product version releases as Team Lead/SDM 3) Knowledge of one complete product development life cycle. Technical skills: 1) Software design Methodologies (XML, XSLT, Java, Application Server (JRUN/Weblogic etc) HTML and DHTML. C++, .Net), 2) Relational database fundamentals, database design methodologies 3) Object Oriented Design using UML, Tools like Rational Rose 4) Experience with source control software (preferably rational clear case) 5) Good working knowledge of hardware, networking and the implications of multi-user systems. 6) Knowledge of CRM/SCM domain If interested.
