1) Solid experience Java/J2EE, especially with advanced Java concepts
2) Experience with J2EE application servers (especially WebLogic).=20
3) Solid understanding of XML and SOAP-based protocols.=20
4) Working knowledge of Oracle DB.=20
5) Strong debugging and development skills on Unix, Linux and Windows
operating systems.=20
6) Experience working with JUnit, ANT, Log4J and CVS.=20
7) Experience creating and maintaining J2EE applications.=20
8) Knowledge and experience in developing distributed and high
transaction systems.=20
9) Strong written and verbal communication skills=20
