Added Day selection Functionality to Scheduler

Hi all, first post. Big fan of Anthill.

I've added functionality to the scheduler to allow selection of Days as well as
just interval. Basically, its a checkbox for Mon, Tues, Wed, etc, so that for
instance, builds do not run on weekends or whatever is specified.

 I can post the source changes to the group if you'd like. Unforunately I can
not do CVS access so someone else will have to take ownership of it.
