We have had Windows 2003 problems in the past, but if builds triggered manually are working fine, I don't think that Win2k3 is likely to disprupt schedules specifically. At this point, what I would do is try to either watch or review the container's standout out log (catalina.out or the open window for tomcat) when a schedule fires. The revision check should be logged there. That would help identify if the problem is in processing the revisions or if the schedule is simply not firing. -- Eric P.
