Project not building

Hi

All my nightly projects build as I have set them with 30 minutes intervals, 
except one project where AH-OS refuses to build and Tomcat's log indicates, 
no build required.

In spite of, the fact that I touch and checkin a dummy build.number file 
every night  for all the projects just in case there was no code change, I 
force a build anyway by this method since AH lacks the 'force' option during 
nightly automation.  All projects smoothly and nicely build except this one. 
  I'm baffled as to why? Any idea?
