Phred Quality Scores and .qual format

Hi guys ! I'm investigating for the whole genome assembly using AMOS Project. I need to obtain the Phred Quality Scores from Abi an Scf files, to then buil a .qual file, but my dude is obtaining the Scores, I have tried many time but I can't reach it !. Sorry for my English.
