Hello Hilmar,

biojava-legacy (1.x releases) is still maintained here

https://github.com/biojava/biojava-legacy

although to be fair the last release (1.9.2) was on 13 Mar 2015.

If you point me to the right place, I should be able to update the BioSQL
doc links.
