Hi,

I have just created a new Jira issue to reflect some major refactorings 
in the JDO area. Those refactorings eliminate all usage of 
ClassMapping/FieldMapping instances in the Molder classes and from now 
on relies solely on the *Descriptor classes (and any attached natures).

I've got one outstanding problem with the JPA integration tests, but 
that should be solved within a short time.

As such, given the risky nature of this patch, any feedback (and trial 
runs) appreciated.
