[castor-dev] Changes to Castor POM

Hi,

due to some recent changes at the Codehaus (introduction of a Nexus 
repository), I just had to commit a few changes to our root POM to get 
the build working again.

Please have a look at

http://docs.codehaus.org/display/HAUSMATES/Codehaus+Maven+Repository+Usage+Guide

as well to get an idea what the (required) changes are.

I still have to test that (snapshot) deployments are still working, but 
I'll have a look at this tonight.
