Setting up CruiseControl webapp

Looking over the Wiki, it appears that this page
http://tinyurl.com/crm5ck is out of date?

Or I'm missing the INSTALL-DIR/reporting directory (CruiseControl 2.8.2)

Can anyone point me to a good guide to setting up the web application
for CruiseControl on Linux?
