Dashboard Artifacts

I've read various things on the web about getting this to work.
Basically, I'm trying to access some artifacts from a build that
generates installers for our software. The artifacts are located in a
directory that is not in the standard location. I've tried passing a
system property on startup and setting artifactsdir attribute in the
dashboard-config.xml file. Regardless of what I do, when I click on
the build in Dashboard and then Artifacts, there are never any
artifacts. I've verified by visiting the cruisecontrol webapp that
this particular did in fact have artifacts.

Any ideas?
