Problem starting 2.8.2 Reporting war in Tomcat 6.0.20

I have build a reporting war using java 1.5 and deploy it to Tomcat 6.0.20 and I get the following error: java.lang.LinkageError: loader constraints violated when linking javax/el/ExpressionFactory class org.apache.jsp.index_jsp._jspInit(index_jsp.java:48) org.apache.jasper.runtime.HttpJspBase.init(HttpJspBase.java:52) org.apache.jasper.servlet.JspServletWrapper.getServlet(JspServletWrapper .java:159) org.apache.jasper.servlet.JspServletWrapper.service(JspServletWrapper.ja va:329) org.apache.jasper.servlet.JspServlet.serviceJspFile(JspServlet.java:342) org.apache.jasper.servlet.JspServlet.service(JspServlet.java:267) javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java:717) I have successfully built and deployed a cruisecontrol 2.7.2 reporting war. Any thoughs as to why?
