Project consisting of multiple projects

Hello list members,

I'm new to cruisecontrol so please forgive me if this question is stupid.

I'm trying to build a project that consists of multiple projects
(projects in the sense of "Eclipse projects"). Or more precise: There is
one "main" project that depends on three other ones. Of course, I got an
ant file that does the svn checkouts, the builds and the packaging into
one war file.
Now I'm not sure how to organize the projects directories and where/how
to checkout the individual projects. I defined the build the following way:

<cruisecontrol>

    <project name="proj-test-build" buildafterfailed="true">
      <listeners>
        <currentbuildstatuslistener file="logs/proj-test-build/status.txt"/>
      </listeners>

      <!-- Bootstrappers are run every time the build runs,
           *before* the modification checks -->
      <bootstrappers>
      </bootstrappers>

      <!-- Defines where CruiseControl looks for
             changes, to decide whether to run the build -->
      <modificationset quietperiod="10">
        <svn localworkingcopy="projects/proj-test-build"/>
      </modificationset>

      <!-- Configures the actual build loop, how
           often and which build file/target -->
      <schedule interval="60">
        <ant buildfile="proj-test-build.xml"
         uselogger="true"/>
      </schedule>

      <!-- directory to write build logs to -->
      <log/>

      <!-- Publishers are run *after* a build completes -->
      <publishers>
      </publishers>
   </project>

</cruisecontrol>

I suppose that the problem lies here:

<svn localworkingcopy="projects/proj-test-build"/>

I'm not sure which of my projects (and how) I should checkout at this
very location.

What I did until now is not to checkout any of the projects beforehand.
But then (of course) CruiseControl complains with the message:

[cc]Jul-18 10:16:58 jectController- proj-test-build Controller: build
progress event: checking for modifications

More precise question: How can I tell CruiseControl that I want 4
projects to be checked out?
+: Can I somehow bypass the CruiseControl handling of the svn working
copy and let all the "svn work" be done by my ant script?

I would be very thankful if someone could point me to the right
direction ...

Many thanks in advance
Dieter
