CC 2.8.1 source build validate-website failure

I'm trying to build the CruiseControl 2.8.1 source, and it fails on the
validate-website target because it can't validate the
target/website/buildgrid.html file.  I'm not an expert in html, so I'm not
really sure why it's complaining.  

Basically, I've been ignoring the failure because it seems to build ok
otherwise, but I'd feel a lot better if I could get a clean build.  I also
want to incorporate this build into a semi-automated process, and a clean CC
build would make this easier.
