Hi Oliver,

Did you restart the server after editing dashboard-config.xml?  A restart is
required to pick up changes to that file.

Otherwise, is there a space between that colon and the bug number?  If so,
then I bet that's the culprit.  I have this functionality working for me,
but my bug number in commit messages always has a hash (#) right against the
bug number (e.g. #123).
