Has anyone used CC to control a VM via VIX?

I've recently been tasked with researching how to automate the build process where I work. As part of this research process I came across the Cruise Control application and I've got a rather important question. Has anyone out there been able to get Cruise Control to control a VM running under VMWare Workstation?

Currently our build process involves two VM instances, one where we perform our build that goes onto our baseline server and another where we produce cloned VM drives that become the basis for the development environment for all our developers. I need to be able to get Cruise Control to send commands to these VMs to do tasks like taking snapshots, doing rollbacks, etc. The hardest part though would be sending ANT based command line commands to the VM to be executed by the guest OS.

Does anyone out there have any experience doing this and know of a good reference? Any help finding out more would be greatly appreciated!
