I'm not sure where the timestamp might be coming from, but I'll take a look at this. By the way, the intended behavior is that the default link should simply point to the dashboard, not the specific build. This was done strictly in the interest of time. :) Since there's a bug somewhere in this code, I might take the time now to figure out per-build URLs. I'll keep you posted!
