DB2 and middlegen

Hi folks, The company is trying to use the Middlegen software. We are stuck to make it work with DB2. Do you have the correct driver for testing and either wich version we should use? Can you send us the db2 xml configuration file or and the jdbc driver ? Thanks for your help.
