Unfortunately, I don't have cvs access because of our firewall.. :(
Could you/someone perhaps put it up somewhere for me to download?

Hi Kirk,

Diez' contrib package contains exactly what you need. 
You might use "cvs -d update" since Diez has changed the directory
structure inside his contrib project.
