RE: Barracuda: FIle Upload

Actually, if the Barracuda maintainers would change cvsweb.cgi to viewcvs,
then people behind firewalls could use http://cvsgrab.sourceforge.net/ to
download sources.

This step alone might help spread the use of Barracuda in the corporate
world.
