RE: Localize component

No problem.  I hope my post was helpful.

Note that Barracuda CVS now contains the latest XMLC-2.2beta1 jars....plus 
an update to the xhtml jar.  The .dtd.and .ent files were not getting 
included in that jar.  Had to fix XMLC CVS post beta1.  I figured it was 
worth adding to Barracuda.  So, XMLC jars are all XMLC-2.2beta1 except the 
xhtml jar which has that one update.  Also note that the BCel jar is now 
5.1 release instead of the older 5.1-dev.
