Docs question

Jake, how up-to-date is this document?

Specifically, do we actually need to be using the JDK endorsed mechanism
with tomcat 4/5? I don't _think_ so, but I can't remember for sure. So I'm
just wondering if a) we really need this doc and b) if its still up to date.
