Actually, it is up to date, except that there is no real need to put Xerces in
the JDK's "endorsed" directory.  Most of that doc simply explains JDK1.4.x
features with little concern specifically for Barracuda or XMLC.  The only thing
I still recommend putting in the "endorsed" directory is Xalan, since JDK1.4.x
comes with an older version.  JDK1.4.2 actually comes with Xalan-2.4.2 which
isn't too old.  I still always put the latest version there.  Adding the one
without BCel packages (used for XSLTC) is better since the BCel that comes with
Xalan is old and will interfer with new versions of BCel in the classpath.

Anyway, that's all.  Nothing really to update, except maybe to de-empasize the
necessity (there is none) of doing anything at all with the "endorsed" stuff for
Barracuda or XMLC.
