Problems with the decoding of UTF-8 on Siemens phones

Hi,

anyone experienced this problem, too?
When i try to access a webservice with ksoap on my Siemens M50 phone
i always get a an UnsupportedEncodingException.
On Nokia Emulators and on the j2mwtk it works without problems.
