kSOAP 2 status

Hi all,

There no update to kSOAP 2 since december 2002. Same for kXML 2.

Does it mean that this version is stable ? Or maybe that Stefan is on 
holidays ;-))

If kSOAP 2 has been enough tested (I did not start any work with it yet) 
then I propose to promote it to stable.
What do u guys think about it ?
