Requires free registration to view the tutorial (its
worth it.. there's lots of great information there).

Also, download Sun's Wireless Toolkit (
http://java.sun.com/products/j2mewtoolkit/download-2_1.html
)
It has everthing you need to compile and run the
samples for kSOAP.  I hope this helps!
