Thanks for your links.  Instead of using IBM's
Websphere, I am actually doing a school project and I
am using Apache Tomcat (Free).  Is there any
instructions on how to setting ksoap up with Tomcat? 
Have anybody else done this before?  Thanks very much
for your help.
