Kxml: Problem using kXML in a Applet

Hi,

  I am trying to use Kxml in an applet and get the
following error 

org.xmlpull.v1.XmlPullParserException: caused by:
org.xmlpull.v1.XmlPullParserException: Ressource not
found:
/META-INF/services/org.xmlpull.v1.XmlPullParserFactory

Could someone please tell me why this error is
occuring ? I am passing the input xml as a URL ( I
checked the URL works fine on command line).

I would really appreciate any help.
