Sonali,

the factory needs the mentioned resource file
to determine the parsers available. You just
need to copy the corresponding file from
the kxml JAR file to your applet JAR file.
Alternatively, you can create an KXmlParser
directly using the KXmlParser constructor
without using the factory.
