Have you tried to connect to this engine with JaWE?
Public Shark Wf-XML demo-engine is up and running. It's built from 
current CVS code. Can you, please, try connecting with JaWE to
http://vajat.prozone.co.yu:8080/axis/services/wfxmlRegistryBinding ?
