Frans, I guess you mean your *process* has three *activities* A, B, and C and each of these activities has to be done by different role, is that correct? (I don't mean to be rude; just that it is hard to see what your problem is if you don't use correctly defined terms..!) So does your xpdl have 3 swimlanes, one for each role? Also, what are the start and finish modes for each activity?
