Thank you Neville for help. I appreciate you taking time to explain.

I tried both options for like 3 hours and never made it work.

1. source zip file
I was able to see all classes but it always didn't find some libraries and 
didn't compole

2.
I was impressed that the CVS from eclipse really got all the code but the 
same problem in making it work...

I decided to resign on being able to step through Shark code in Eclipse. Or 
at least post pone it for now.

Now my goal is import shark to eclipse only as jars and call them as "black 
boxes"
So I am still interested in mabe seeing your code for the runner only. And 
make this work using just black box Shark jars.
