 You must set JAVA_HOME=path jdk,this path no content
blank.Add environment variable  PATH:;%JAVA_HOME%\bin.
 In place set CLASSPATH in make file .You add this
line
set CLASSPATH=%CLASSPATH%;%CD%\lib\xalan.jar

 Then you can run :  make buildNoDoc (Please wait
10-15 minutes )
