Re: webapps do not start with JDK1.4

Works fine with Tomcat 4.0.3 with JDK 1.4.
It doesn't work for me either with Tomcat 4.1.18 with JDK 1.4 so it 
looks like there must be a change in the behaviour of Tomcat 4.1.18.

Could you try with Tomcat 4.0.3 (with JDK 1.4).

(Don't forget to chage CATALINA_HOME env variable to point at the Tomcat 
you're using.)
