Community installers for 30-rc1 built from the binary zip are now also
available for testing.

They're linked in on https://www.codelerity.com/netbeans/

And available directly from
https://github.com/codelerity/netbeans-packages/releases/tag/v30-rc1-build1

Notarization with Apple had no issues to resolve.
