NB 29 no project properties?

Just installed NB 29 migrating from NB 28.

Now when I right-click on a project folder either Properties is greyed out
or, otherwise, when I choose Properties nothing happens.

Linux Pop!_OS 24.04 LTS

Point me in the right direction, please :)
